Frankie helped me “set up” our hunt while the big kids were at school. She collected tiny sticks and soft blades of grass for nearly an hour. Every time I emptied her basket she would immediately get to work at filling it up again.

Spring always reminds me of this GREAT BIG playground God gave us to enjoy (and take care of)! Our very own back yard is full of treasures!

See the bump on her chin? This girl JUMPED off the tallest part of the life guard tower! Not the first time she has jumped from VERY high places… but hopefully the last.

That’s Emerson climbing over her. Ice cream on her face. and dress. and car seat. Sticky car rides are the best!

This is what I like to do on long car rides! I’ll never grow tired of gazing at those freckles.
Next time we head to the beach I hope to be covered in sand and sunshine!
