I just love BIRTHDAYS!  Daddio enjoys playing cards so we gave him a CARD theme bash this year.  I decorated the table with 40 photo cards (one for each year— ten from each kiddo).

On the birthday menu:

  • Shrimp Cocktail
  • Fresh Tossed Caesar Salad
  • Prime Rib & Ribeye (From the best steak restaurant in town!  There is no way I could compete with them!)
  • Bakers
  • French Bread
  • and of course the CARD CAKE—  made by the creative cooking genius Bethanne— three layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting–  heavenly!
