I wasn’t going to do it this year.
I was going to skip making my color-coded baskets and buy some store-bought ones. Then I had an ah-ha moment with my teenage son. Out of the blue he said to me, “Mom, you know what I’m really going to miss when I’m an adult? Your Easter baskets. You make the best baskets.”
when they are old they won’t remember a thing about what was inside, but they just might remember all the love I put into making them!
